Hair + Libido: Adults, take 1 capsule per day with breakfast, or as directed by your healthcare professional. We strongly advise taking this formula on a full stomach.

Vitality X + Collagen: Shake before use. Adults, mix 6 g (1 level scoop) of powder with water, a smoothie or your favourite drink, stir well and consume immediately. Enjoy once daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. To support liver health, mix 6 g (1 level scoop) of powder with water, a smoothie or your favourite drink, stir well and consume immediately, twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. You can enjoy our Vitality X + Collagen up to a maximum of 3 scoops per day.

WARNINGS:

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

• Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

• Do not use if the seal on cap/lid has been broken.

• May contain traces of crustacea (shellfish) and fish, as kelp is a seaweed which may have come in contact with fish and crustacea in the ocean (Hair + Libido).

• We advise you do not take both Hair + Energy and Hair + Libido formulas at the same time, due to the specific dose of Iodine. 

• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a thyroid condition, please consult a health care professional before use (Hair + Libido).

• Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding, due to the ingredient Aloe Vera not being recommended during this time (Vitality X + Collagen).

• Contains sulfites (Vitality X + Collagen).

• We advise people with a fish/shellfish allergy to not use this product as there may be traces of shellfish from the Marine Collagen manufacturing process (Vitality X + Collagen).

1. Change Of Mind Returns

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. Other Returns

JSHealth Vitamins will accept Product returns within 14 days of the date of purchase and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

• The product is damaged, or

• The product is faulty, and

• You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

JSHealth Vitamins may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. JSHealth Vitamins reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

3. Problems With Delivery Or Shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@jshealthvitamins.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns, please contact us at support@jshealthvitamins.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

4. Changes To This Returns Policy

 We reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

If you have purchased 'Shipping Protection' at checkout, JSHealth will replace any items damaged or lost during delivery.
