JSHealth Vitamins — EU Returns Policy

Updated to comply with EU Directive 2023/2673 (Right of Withdrawal)

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the "Withdraw From My Contract" form at the bottom of this page. You do not need to be logged in to use this function.

You will be asked to provide your name, order number, and the items you wish to return. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal request via email.

Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period begins on the day you receive your goods. If the period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended to the next working day.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Nutritional supplements or health products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons
  • Goods that are clearly personalised or made to order
  • Refunds are subject to receipt and quality assessment of the returned goods. Items must be returned and received in their original, unopened condition to be eligible.
  • All costs associated with returning goods, including postage and packaging, are the sole responsibility of the customer. JSHealth Vitamins accepts no liability for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Returning Your Items Under the Right of Withdrawal

If your withdrawal is accepted, you must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, using the same payment method used for your original purchase.

2. Change of Mind Returns (Non-EU Customers)

Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

JSHealth Vitamins will accept product returns within 14 days of the date of purchase and provide you with an exchange, repair, or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

JSHealth Vitamins may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. JSHealth Vitamins reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund, or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

4. Problems with Delivery or Shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] to assess the damage and work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

5. Shipping Protection

If you have purchased 'Shipping Protection' at checkout, JSHealth will replace any items damaged or lost during delivery.

6. Changes to This Returns Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
