Your top skincare questions, answered!
Is the Vitamin C in the serum okay for people with sensitive skin?
Yes, this serum has been dermatologist tested and approved for sensitive skin. We use two different forms of Vitamin C that are known to be gentler on the skin than the common form of ascorbic acid that many other brands use.
Can I use the range if I have acne?
Yes, our range is suitable for you if you experience acne and breakouts. It is formulated with many soothing ingredients, such as Aloe Vera and Calendula, which are helpful for calming and healing troubled skin. Our products are also designed to maintain and support the skin barrier and skin microbiome, both of which play important roles in healthy skin. When these aspects of the skin are functioning well, your skin will be more resilient to bacteria and breakouts.
Does the cleanser remove makeup?
Yes, it has been formulated to remove impurities as well as makeup. If you wear heavier makeup, you may find it helpful to perform a double cleanse and/or use a makeup remover pad or cloth to help lift the makeup from your skin whilst cleansing.
Is the skincare suitable for people with dry skin?
Yes, our range has been formulated with a plethora of hydrating and deeply nourishing ingredients that are ideal for those with dry skin, to replenish moisture levels and protect the skin from further dryness. Our cleanser is cream based and will not leave skin feeling dry or tight after use. Our moisturiser is incredibly restorative and provides lasting locked-in hydration.
Can the serum be applied under and around the eye area?
Yes, this serum is generally suitable for under and around the eye area and can be very beneficial for this purpose. The delicate eye area is often one of the first places to show signs of ageing and effects of lifestyle, such as tiredness or stress. Vitamin C is known to brighten dark circles, as well as provide collagen support. Hyaluronic Acid helps to hydrate, plump and smooth the skin below the eye for a youthful appearance. Pro-Vitamin B5 is also a great ingredient for this area, as it is incredibly protective.

What products are recommended for pigmentation?
The whole range is suitable for those with pigmentation, however the hero product we recommend to assist with this skin concern is the Pro-Collagen Vitamin Serum, which is brightening for the skin. We use 2 different forms of stable Vitamin C at a concentration of 9% for optimal efficacy. In-vitro studies have proven the results of these forms of Vitamin C to lighten skin discolouration. We also recommend pairing this with the Luminous Vitamin Oil for further support, which contains the natural retinol alternative Bakuchiol, also known to assist with pigmentation. In one study, after 12 weeks of treatment with bakuchiol, participants experienced significant improvement in pigmentation and an overall reduction in photo-damage.
Do I use the skincare morning and night?
Yes, we recommend using all 4 products as part of your morning and evening skincare routine for optimal results. However, everyone’s skin is different and if you feel certain products work best for you once a day, then you can always adapt this to suit your individual skin and lifestyle.
How do I correctly layer the skincare?
The first step is always to cleanse the skin to prepare it to receive the following skincare ingredients, which are then applied in product order of light to heavy. The serum is next as it is the lightest and should therefore be applied first so the skin can absorb it properly. Third step is the oil, as our oil is a highly absorptive formula designed to sink deep into the skin and not sit on the surface. The final product to apply is the moisturiser, which helps to seal everything in and add a protective, nourishing final layer. We recommend waiting 30-60 seconds between steps. You may add a sunscreen at the end of the 4 steps if you require SPF.
