Vitamin B12 supports blood health and red blood cell production. Supports healthy immune system function, nervous system and energy production. The Vitamin C in this formula also supports collagen formation, cartilage health, blood vessel health, bone health, absorption of dietary iron, and general wellbeing.

PM: Designed as a nighttime formula, containing Lavender. It also contains Magnesium, which is a mineral that maintains and supports nervous system health and function. Additionally, Magnesium helps to maintain muscle function and bone health.
