Vitality X + Collagen:  Shake container before use. Adults, mix 1 level scoop (6g) of powder with water, a smoothie, or your favourite drink and stir well. Consume immediately, twice daily. Maximum of 3 scoops per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or taking any medications, consult a doctor before use.

To support liver health, mix 6 g (1 level scoop) of powder with water, a smoothie or your favourite drink, stir well and consume immediately, twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. You can enjoy our Vitality X + Collagen up to a maximum of 3 scoops per day.

Skin + Digestion: Take 1 tablet at breakfast and 1 tablet at lunch with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Avoid taking at night as it may disrupt sleep.

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

• Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

• Do not use if the seal on cap/lid has been broken.

• Contains Zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period (Skin + Digestion).

• Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding, due to the ingredient Aloe Vera not being recommended during this time (Skin + Digestion).

• Contains sulfites (Skin + Digestion).

• Contains fish. May contain traces of crustacea/shellfish (Vitality X + Collagen).

1. Change Of Mind Returns

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. Other Returns

JSHealth Vitamins will accept Product returns within 14 days of the date of purchase and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

• The product is damaged, or

• The product is faulty, and

• You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

JSHealth Vitamins may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. JSHealth Vitamins reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

3. Problems With Delivery Or Shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@jshealthvitamins.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns, please contact us at support@jshealthvitamins.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

4. Changes To This Returns Policy

 We reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

If you have purchased 'Shipping Protection' at checkout, JSHealth will replace any items damaged or lost during delivery.
