1. Sponsor:

This promotion is sponsored by JSHealth Vitamins Inc, 11100 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 1950.

2. Eligibility:

Entry is only open to legal residents of Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from a jurisdiction where registration or bonding of this promotion would be required due to the total prize value. Employees of JSHealth Vitamins (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.Void where prohibited. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family of JSHealth Vitamins are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period:

Begins November 19th 2025 8am local time and ends November 24th 2025 8am local time.

4. How to Enter:

1. Purchase Entry method: Automatically receive one entry for each order placed on jshealthvitamins.com during the giveaway period.

2. Free Entry method (Valid for USA residents only) No Purchase Necessary: Email your full name, age, and state of residence to support@jshealthvitamins.com with the subject “$1,000 Giveaway Entry.” All email entries must be received by November 24th 2025 8am EST.

5. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive $1,000 (local currency) cash. Prize is non-transferable, no substitution unless required by law.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 26th, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, a new winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning:

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions:

By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.

9. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name and state for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues or other problems that may prevent entry.

11. Void Where Prohibited.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.

Requests must be received no later than October 31st, 2025.
