Loyalty Program

Full details and FAQ's of the JSHealth Loyalty program are available here. Loyalty program points will expire 1 year (365 days) after the date they were earned. Vouchers issued upon redemption of loyalty points must be used within 6 months of the date the voucher is claimed. After this period, any unused voucher will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed for goods, services, or cash. Vouchers can be used on both one-time and subscription orders, both first time and recurring. Only one voucher may be redeemed in one transaction. Certain promotions, discounts, or special offers may be valid at the same time as a loyalty voucher. The interaction between a loyalty voucher and a promotion depends on that promotion’s specific terms. Members should refer to the applicable promotional terms for details.
