The kids multi is made with Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iodine and Zinc to support healthy growth and development in children.

VITAMIN C & VITAMIN D: Assists healthy bone development/health/growth/building. Supports healthy teeth, muscle function, muscle strength and the absorption of dietary iron. Supports healthy immune system function, immune system health and supports immune system to fight illness and reduce free radicals formed in the body.

VITAMIN B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12: Supports nervous system health, supports nervous system function and assists healthy red blood cell production.

VITAMIN E: Helps reduce and decrease free radical damage to body cells.

For the mum:

BIOTIN: Supports hair + skin health & general health and wellbeing.

FOLATE: Aids metabolism of proteins, supports healthy blood cell production + general health and wellbeing. 

PANAX QUINQUEFOLIUS: Relieve's weariness, tiredness, fatigue, and feeling of weakness.

LAVENDER: Calms the mind, relieves disturbed and restless sleep. Relieves nervous tension, unrest, and mild anxiety. Can relieve headache symptoms. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a carminative.

MAGNESIUM: Maintains general health and wellbeing, nervous system health, muscle function, neuromuscular system and function and cardiovascular system function. Supports bone health, heart health, body electrolyte balance and energy production.
