Here are the delicious combinations:

Raspberry PB Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 
  • 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, omit for nut-free
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice

Creamy Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:⁠

  • 1 mango
  • 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics⁠
  • ½ avocado⁠
  • 1 cup ice cubes⁠
  • 1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice⁠

Blueberry & Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice cubes⁠
  • 1 banana⁠, ripe
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries⁠
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠

  • 1 tbsp almond  butter

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 shot espresso

Mango & Greens Smoothie 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango 
  • ½ frozen banana

Ingredients:

  • Handful of ice

  • ¼ cup rolled oats, optional

  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water, or water
